A: Reach out to the tickets committee at [email protected].
Q: What kind of supervision is at the party?
A: During the Red Hawk Tail Gate at Athens, parent volunteers, members of Athens Staff and Administration, and the Troy Police Resource Officer, are present in addition to a Security Team whose volunteers patrol inside the school and in the parking lot. A: Only as a registered volunteer worker; workers must be 20 years or older.
Q: What can Seniors bring to the party?
A. All Seniors may carry a cellphone and/or camera, however the Senior is responsible for keeping track of it. The item(s) will be placed in a numbered bag matching Senior's wristband number and returned to the student at the end of the party. Parent volunteers manage the collection and returning of all items. NO outside food or drink is allowed during the entire Party. Athens is a TOBACCO and ALCOHOL-FREE facility.
Q: My Senior takes medication; how do I make special arrangements for my student?
A: Follow school policy and contact the Main Office in advance of the party.
Q: My Senior is 18 years old. Why can't my Senior leave the "lock-in" party early?
A: The All Night Party is held to provide Seniors a safe celebration of their graduation. For that reason, the party is a lock-in event, and all Seniors will be released only when the doors open at Athens at 4:00 AM.
Q: If my Senior doesn't feel well during the party, can my Senior leave early?
A: Any Senior who doesn't feel well DURING the party should contact an All Night Party Committee member or Athens Staff member. If the Senior is not well enough to stay at the party, the Senior can wait in a quiet area while the All Night Party Chairperson contacts their parent to have them pick up their ill Senior.
